  • In-Home Mobile Visit | $50

    A non-refundable deposit, additional travel fee*, and exam fees are due at booking to confirm your appointment. If you need to cancel your appointment, we will honor your deposit to reschedule for up to one month.

    *There will be an additional travel fee if your location falls outside of our 15-mile travel radius.

    Multiple Pet Exam Fee: $45/pet

  • Virtual Visit | $30

    This is only available for patients who have been examined by Dr. Martin within the last 6 months. Virtual exams are 25-minute appointments.

  • Aftercare Options*

    We proudly partner with Pet Pilgrimage Crematory and Memorials and Faithful Companion Pet Cremation Services to offer private and communal cremation options. After care payment will be coordinated directly with the facility of your choice.

    Communal Cremation:

    You will not receive your pets cremated returns with this option. There are memorial keepsake options such as a paw print that you may consider.

    Private Cremation:

    You will receive your pets cremated returns in an urn. Please review keepsake options that you may want in addition to your pets cremated returns.

    *Aftercare options are in addition to the euthanasia fee.
